Dynamic Integration

Dynamic Integration or “Move-A-Rama” classes is an eclectic exploration of integrative movement styles. At ZeroPoint Embodiment we offer a range of fun and relaxing Move-A-Rama sessions designed to help you to practice and experience movement in a number of supportive ways. Explore the fundamental and developmental precepts of movement, the natural alignment of your posture and experience the coordination of the functional integration within your body.

Move-A-Rama can be considered as a Primer or User’s Manual for your body. Once you understand the principles, you can apply them to any physical practice or fitness regimen that you enjoy, to your work, or simply use them in your general life.

Move-A-Rama Classes

Fundamental principles of movement and biomechanics are presented to gently bring the body into balance and mobility. Recommended for first timers, seniors, injury recovery and anyone who would like to refine of their movement skills.

A gentle conditioning class using the principles learned in the Foundation class. Once you’ve learned “how” to move, explore the many ways to bring strength, tone and flexibility to your body.

Movement used for self defense and personal protection. Using the principles of integrated and coordinated movement. You will learn to work with conflict in a non-violent, efficient and restorative manner.

Explore movement with the rhythmic and dynamic dance form of Hip Hop. This class is a fun and entertaining way to develop muscle control and coordination while learning how to get yo’ groove on!

Private Class
Personalized individual training. By appointment only.

Private Group Class
Two or more people training together and splitting the cost of the fee. Ideal for friends, families and businesses. Create your ideal training schedule.

Public Class
Free Public classes offered on the North Shore. Contact us for location.
