Move-A-Rama is an eclectic exploration of integrative movement styles. The goal is to learn how to practice movement in a manner that explores the fundamental and developmental precepts of movement, the natural alignment of our posture and the coordination of the functional integration within the body. Consider it a Primer or User’s Manual for your body. Once you understand the principles, you can apply them to any physical practice or fitness regimen that you enjoy, to your work, or simply use them in your general life.

Fundamental principles of movement and biomechanics are presented to gently bring the body into balance and mobility. Recommended for first timers, seniors, injury recovery and anyone who is wanting refinement of their movement skills.
A gentle conditioning class using the principles learned in the Foundation class. Once you’ve learned “how” to move, explore the many ways to bring strength, tone and flexibility to your body.
Movement used for self defense and personal protection. Using the principles of integrated and coordinated movement, you learn to work with conflict in a non-violent, efficient and restorative manner.
Explore movement with the rhythmic and dynamic dance form of Hip Hop. This class is a fun and entertaining way to develop muscle control and coordination while learning how to get yo’ groove on!
